Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Out of respect for my time and other clients waiting to book, the following policies apply:
• Reschedule with Less than 24 Hours Notice: 25% fee- deposit required for rescheduling.
• Cancel with Less than 24 Hours’ Notice: 50% fee
• No-Shows or Arrivals More than 10 Minutes Late: 100% fee
I completely understand that unexpected things can happen. If you’re unable to make your appointment, please contact me as soon as possible at 501-313-3927 to reschedule.
